UX Design

Evergreen Films was a concept website project created from scratch in an academic course. With no existing website to reference, I built the entire information architecture (IA) and navigation flow for a fictional independent film studio. The goal was to design a logical, user-friendly structure that would make film discovery simple while showcasing the studio’s story and identity.
I started by defining user needs and content goals: browsing films, learning about the studio, and staying updated. Using card sorting exercises and competitor research, I developed a content hierarchy and sitemap built around four key categories: Films, About, News, and Contact. Low-fidelity wireframes were then created to demonstrate how this IA would translate into a clean, scalable website design.
The final IA emphasized film discovery first, supported by evergreen content about the studio and its updates. The deliverables included a sitemap diagram, navigation prototypes, and wireframes that showcased a clear and intuitive content structure.
This project sharpened my skills in creating information architecture from scratch, validating design decisions with research, and structuring content around real user goals.
